How To Register

  • In order to log-in and book a class, you will need to register and set up your profile.
  • Enter the required information to build your profile.
  • Select Your Health Plan from the Client drop down menu.
  • Enter your one-time use Client Code 13 Digit Member ID (i.e.1234567890123) in the field provided.
    *Note, your Member ID number can be found on your insurance card. Please add a zero at the end of your Member ID if only 12 digits.
