Kristine Miklos is a registered dietitian with recent experience working as an outpatient dietitian at a premier Boston hospital. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University and then went on to complete a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion at Simmons College.

Kristine applies a functional approach with a clinical perspective when assessing patient needs and recommending intervention strategies, and has experience working with a wide range of chronic disease states, gastrointestinal disorders, food intolerances, and weight management.

As a firm believer that all foods can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle, her primary objective is making whole foods more approachable for patients regardless of cooking ability or cultural preferences. In order to help people achieve their goals, she experiments with various cuisines and cooking methods in her everyday life.
