Ashley Boyer received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Delaware in 2010. She completed her Dietetic Internship from University of Delaware in 2013, in which she was granted a scholarship from the State of Delaware. Ashley also received the Young Dietitian of the Year award through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2018.

Ashley started working as a Clinical Dietitian in 2013 in the hospital setting before going into Outpatient Nutrition and Diabetes Care as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. After having children, she decided to go out on her own. As a fitness enthusiast, she has also pursued her Certified Personal Training credential through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

In her free time, Ashley loves spending time with her husband and two children. She is also an avid golfer and went on to attain a Golf Fitness Specialist Certification to help others with their golf fitness goals.
