Beth Ann Kelly is a Registered Dietitian licensed in Arizona, New York, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Beth is passionate about helping people build a healthier relationship with food. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education from Immaculata University and a Bachelors in Hospitality Management. Her philosophy centers around addition rather than restriction, focusing on what we can add to our lives to support nourishment, satisfaction, and long-term well-being.

Beth believes that nutrition changes should be sustainable and realistic, not rigid or short-lived. She enjoys working with individuals and families to create habits that support health while still honoring the joy and flexibility that food brings to everyday life. She specializes in mindful eating, intuitive eating, and family nutrition, helping people tune into their body’s cues, reduce food guilt, and develop a more balanced approach to eating. Her favorite nutrition topic to talk about is fiber—the underrated nutrient that supports digestion, heart health, blood sugar balance, and satiety.

Beth’s path to becoming a dietitian was deeply personal. After experiencing her own challenges with weight and body image, she was inspired to pursue a career where she could help others move away from diet culture and toward a more compassionate, sustainable approach to health.
